Transferring the subscription to another device is not yet supported in the meantime. If you like to use your activated license of Cleaner One Pro on another device, send us an email at mac_support@trendmicro.com with the activation key of your subscription.

3. I already purchased Cleaner One through the App Store, do I need to pay extra to upgrade to Cleaner One Pro?

Hi,Thank you for contacting us. Please verify if the version you have installed is the official site version or app store version. Only the official site version can be activated via license code. If you download the cleaner one pro from App Store, you will need to do an in app purchase if you want to unlock the full version.
