To request a refund for Cleaner One Pro, follow these steps below:
1. Go to findmyorder.com.
2. Log-in using the email address and the last four digits of your card you used for the purchase.
NOTE: You can also log in using the Order Number and the Password indicated on the Order Confirmation Email you received after purchasing.
- On the Order Details page, click Request a Return to request a refund for your Cleaner One Pro purchase.
If you need further assistance, send a request at mac_support@trendmicro.com and kindly provide the activation key or order number of the subscription.
