Cancel via Apple App Store (macOS)

Open the App Store on your Mac.
Click your name in the bottom-left corner (sign in if needed).
Select Account Settings (or View Information on some versions).
Under Manage → Subscriptions, click Manage.
Find your One Series subscription, then click Edit → Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Cancel an Online Purchase or In-app Purchase (Windows)

Sign in to your Trend Micro account
- Go to My Trend Micro Account and log in with your email and password.
Manage your subscription
- Under the Licenses tab, find your active plan and click Manage Subscription.
Start cancellation
- Locate Cleaner One Pro Subscription and click Cancel Subscription.
- A pop-up will explain what happens when auto-renew is turned off.
Continue
- Review the message and click Continue.
Provide feedback
- Complete the short form and click Submit.
Confirm your choice
- Select Stop Auto Renew to proceed, or Stay Subscribed to keep your plan active.

What Happens After You Cancel?

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, it will not renew, and access to features and protection will end.
